Potato and Chicken Wrap

My stomach would usually start growling at 10 am even after taking a big breakfast. This is probably because I am a morning person and I move a lot throughout the day hence snacking is something that I can’t avoid.

This potatoes and chicken wrap recipe is easy to prepare and would keep me full until the next meal. Potatoes and chicken are a match made in heaven. Put these together in a wrap to make it more fun to eat. For this dish, I used U.S. Potatoes Frozen Potatoes. I prefer top-quality U.S. potatoes which are delicious, versatile, easily available, and affordable.

Cooking Time: 15 mins

500 grams U.S. Potatoes Frozen Potatoes

300 grams chicken nuggets

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 flour wraps

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 cups lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup tomatoes, sliced

1/2 onions, sliced


1. Air fry the U.S. Potatoes Frozen Potatoes

2. Fry the chicken nuggets.

3. Place the tortilla on a plate. Layer with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.

4. Arrange the U.S. Potatoes and chicken nuggets down the center of each tortilla.

5. Drizzle with mayonnaise. Wrap tightly. Enjoy!
