PROMAMA® Adds Another First – Baby’s First Gift To You

First heartbeat. First kick. First ultrasound.

When you’re an expecting parent, every “first” excites you to no end knowing that the growing tiny human being would soon make its way out into the world. Promama is adding a new item to that list.

The first of its kind in the Philippines, the “Baby’s First Gift To You” is a technology that detects the movements of the baby in the womb then translates these into one colorful artwork. Think splashes of colors instead of the usual grainy black and white ultrasound photos. Amazing, isn’t it?

This we got to see firsthand when it was unveiled together with the expecting moms who were in for a surprise.

“By using the Baby’s First Gift technology, moms will be amazed by their baby’s development while in the womb since they will see how their baby’s movement can create artworks, uniquely created just for them,” said Ms. Jong Icasiano, Wyeth Nutritionist. She added that the baby’s brain has reached up to 25% of its development already at 28 weeks.

We know that nutrition is crucial during pregnancy where both mom and baby can benefit from which is why choosing the right maternal milk is important as stressed by Ms. Icasiano.

PROMAMA®, a low in fat nutritional milk drink is designed to support women during pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, and lactation. It is scientifically-formulated with essential nutrients needed to help support the overall health of both mom and the baby’s physical and mental development in the womb. It contains 5 key brain nutrients such as Folic Acid, DHA, Choline, Iodine, and Iron and it is now with less calories and higher Oligofructose (vs. previous formulation) to help prevent constipation.
