Go Crazy at the Baby Company’s Crazy Baby Sale

This year’s first Baby Company’s 3-day crazy baby sale would make you go just that – crazy! How can you not when there are deals which are up to 70% off across the widest selection of mom and baby essentials. The sale started on the 10th of August which would run until today at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia Complex.

Good thing I have armed myself with a list of things to buy but as this is a crazy sale, I’ve made room for those items which were previously nice-to-haves until these went on sale.

Since this sale fell in August , it was also a good time to do some early Christmas shopping.

Practice also makes perfect when it comes to shopping. Before, I would spend hours going from booth to booth putting items on the cart. It was only when I get home that it would dawn on me that I wouldn’t really need 5 shampoos from different brands. There was also a time when I got too many a diaper in small size which ended up being outgrown.

Over time, I’ve learned to shop smart during a sale by knowing beforehand which items should make it to my shopping cart.

And here the items which I got from the sale.

Goo.n Baby Wipes

These baby wipes from Japan brand, Goo.N boasts of the same quality its diapers have been known for. The size of the wipes is wide enough to cover your baby’s bum.

I think I’ve hoarded enough wipes to last until the next Baby Company’s Grand Baby Fair in January. These wipes are only available whenever Baby Company has a massive sale event so that justifies the hoarding!

Price: Php 50 (usual price is Php 55)

Tiny Buds Fabric Conditioner

The easiest way to make baby clothes soft and fluffy to the touch after every wash is through rinsing these with plant-based softeners.

As my child has sensitive skin, the fabrics she come in contact with like beddings, pillows and even my own clothes are also washed using the same fabric conditioner. Best to use this with the Tiny Buds Newborn Laundry Wash.

Price: Php 235 (usual price is Php 295)

St. Patrick Clothing

If your child is someone who breaks into a sweat at the slightest movement, help keep them cool with light fabric tops from St. Patrick which have become my daughter’s staple “pambahay.”

Their apparel comes in white, blue and pink colors. They have plain and striped ones, too. Sizes are from newborn to 24 months (which runs big).

Price: Php 150 for two pieces (usual price is Php 249.75)

Safety Scissors from Crayola

Worried about having your child accidentally cutting their fingers or their hair when they use scissors? Fret not as these have rounded tips. Cut in straight, wavy or zigzags.

Price: Php 200 (usual price is Php 299.75)

Tiny Buds Newborn Laundry Wash

Bundled in two, our favorite laundry wash is on sale! What’s there not to like? It’s free from SLS and parabens; lathers well; leaves no chemical residues; doesn’t contain any optical brighteners and is lightly-scented.

Price: Php 380 (usual price is Php 480)

Goo.n Diapers

Because this brand seldom goes on sale, I’ve bought a few packs one size up for my toddler.

Buy 1 pack and get another free small pack.

Price: Php 439

Chicco cleansing wipes

These wipes are formulated for sensitive skin so it’s safe to use for the baby’s face.

Price: Php 150 (usual price is Php 179.75)

And here’s a photo of my haul:

Who doesn’t need a power bank these days? Mobile phones and other electronic devices are rendered useless when these run out of battery charge.

I got this Emoji Power Bank for free which is a Mom Card exclusive as I met the spending requirement of Php 3500 in a single-receipt.
